Warranty
Every NEXUS product carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (3 years for keyboards).
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including switches, sensors, drivers and electronics.
What's not
Accidental damage, liquid damage, normal wear of cushions, feet and keycaps, and unauthorised modification (hot-swapping switches is allowed).
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number and a short video of the issue. Approved claims are repaired or replaced, shipping both ways included.
