When will it arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India; express reaches metro pin codes in 1–2. Pre-order items ship on the date shown.

Does it need software?

No drivers needed: it works out of the box on Windows, macOS and consoles where supported. Lighting and button profiles will be available in the NEXUS Hub app (demo: not yet available).

What does the warranty cover?

Two years against manufacturing defects. Contact support with your order number and we repair or replace it, shipping both ways included.

Can I return it?

Yes: within 10 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. We arrange a free pickup.
